Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In the same condition that you received them
• With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Store Credit Only

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

All approved returns will be refunded as store credit in the form of a digital gift card. Store credit:

• Never expires
• Can be used on any future order
• Will be issued once your return has been received and processed

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We recommend using a tracked, insured service as we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged parcels.

International Returns (outside the UK)

• Clearly mark your parcel as “RETURNED GOODS” on all customs declarations.
• You are responsible for any return customs charges, duties, or taxes.
• We cannot accept returns where incorrect customs paperwork causes delays or fees.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or product, please place a new order once your store credit has been issued.

Statutory Rights (UK & EU)

If you are based in the UK or EU, you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

• You must notify us within 14 days if you wish to cancel under this right.
• Items must be returned to us within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
• Instead of a refund to your original payment method, cancellation returns will also be refunded as store credit, in line with our store-wide policy.
• This does not affect your other statutory rights.
