Shipping policy

We’re a small but hard-working team of four, and honestly… we didn’t expect things to take off as fast as they have! So first of all — thank you. Really.

We’re doing everything we can to get orders packed and shipped within 3–5 working days. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can keep an eye on it.

Delivery Times

UK Orders
Once dispatched, orders usually land within 1–3 working days.

International Orders 
Timing depends on where you are, but most orders arrive within 7–15 working days.
(Your local customs might take a peek too, so that can add a little extra time.)

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
If we ever run free-shipping promos, we’ll shout about it.

If Something Goes Wrong

We know how frustrating shipping delays can be — if your tracking hasn’t moved for a bit, or your parcel seems MIA, give us a shout.
For UK orders, please allow 10 working days, and for international orders 20 working days, before treating a parcel as missing.

If a courier marks your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbours first — it happens more than you'd think! If no luck, drop us an email and we’ll see what we can do.

Double-Check Your Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, we can’t reroute it — and we don’t want your new gear going on an unexpected adventure without you.

Pre-Orders

If you order something marked as pre-order, the shipping timeline might be a bit longer. We’ll always list any extended wait times on the product page.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

If you’re outside the UK, your country might charge customs fees — these are out of our hands, so they’ll be your responsibility.
